Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled prior to shipping can be cancelled without penalty. Please call us and/or email us immediately if your order needs to be cancelled. Once we have set up the shipment with the necessary shipping company or an order is loaded and en route to the delivery address, we cannot process a return without collecting for applicable freight charges.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be permitted for credit towards products of equal or greater value. Within 30 days of receipt.

Return Shipping


We Charge a 15% restocking fee for our products, however we cannot return any open boxes, discontinued products, or special order items. Trim pieces and mosaics are returnable as a piece/sheet by sheet basis and field tiles are returnable in full, unopened cases only. Any return shipping cost are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once our distribution center has received the product, allow up to 15 days to process the return. Refunds are processed to the same method that was used for payment.

Store Return Policy


If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason you must notified your sales representative of Casa Linda in order to received full credit of the purchase price and the return of the product. Once the product is installed it may not be returned under any circumstances. It is important that you understand that once the product is installed you are accepting the product without recourse. A refund will be issued for full boxes of current tile returned in good box condition within 1 month of the date product was received. No returns allowed on discontinued or special order items.

Warranties

Casa Linda offers no product warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any liability shall be limited to the return of the purchase price of product that has not been installed or otherwise used.
